The Finance Department maintains a general accounting system for the City and each of its offices and departments. The department is comprised of two divisions: disbursement of funds and revenue collection. Department processes include purchasing, making payments to vendors for purchases, and collecting all taxes and fees as identified by City Code, Part Seven, Business Regulation and Taxation.
