• To be eligible for employment, you must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
• For veterans, applicants can apply up to age 40. (Must provide DD-214 form).
• A high school diploma/GED is not required to take the test, but is required for hire. 
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• *Residency Requirement: Must live within 20 air miles of the City-County Building, located at 1500 Chapline Street, within one year.

Salary Information
$48,885 - Base Salary
$53,235 - with EMT Certification
$61,560 - with EMT & Paramedic Certification
