**Please note the south stair tower at the 10th Street Parking Structure will re-open on Tuesday, Oct. 20. The elevator and lobby area will be closed for renovations on Monday, Oct. 26 and will reopen in March 2027. The City appreciates the public's patience as improvements to the facility are made.
