Market Street Parking Structure

Thank you for your interest in becoming a monthly parker at the new Market Street Parking Structure. This self-service facility offers 24/7 surveillance that is directly linked to the Wheeling Police Department. Parkers may pull a ticket and pay each time they park or register for a monthly pass.

For your convenience, an online portal is available where you can register and received your monthly pass directly by email.

After clicking the link, please follow the steps below:
  • Under "Flex Pass" select "Purchase"
  • Choose your desired pass type, then select "Book Now"
*PLEASE NOTE: The Standard Pass allows parking from 6 a.m.- 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. The All Access and Residential Passes require approval and you may be asked to show proof of residency or a work schedule that exceeds standard operating hours. 

The Event parking fee is $10.

  • Select "Continue"
  • Fill in your information as required (*) and select "Continue"
  • Enter your card information to pay
New parking requests are reviewed several times daily and will be approved within one business day. We will contact you if additional information is needed. Once approved, you should receive a QR code that can be saved to your mobile wallet, printed to scan or saved as a picture on your phone. Additionally, you can use the TIBA Mobile Access app to use a "Push to Open" feature.
