As we move progressively forward, we aspire to be the business, entertainment and cultural center of the Ohio Valley. City Council and partners Regional Economic Development Partnership, The Wheeling Area Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Wheeling National Heritage Area Corporation, The Chamber of Commerce, and others are diligently working to reinvent our downtown area.
