The NPCoC announces the RFP for the FY 2023 CoC HUD grant. The LOI and NOFO are now available on the City's website: https://www.wheelingwv.gov/bids

Letters of Intent should be uploaded to the City's website, https://www.wheelingwv.gov/bids, no later than August 18th at 5:00 pm EST.

Scoring Criteria and Threshold Documentation. These documents will be used for rank and review of the Project Application.
