Please take notice that on June 2, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City-County Building, Wheeling, West Virginia, the Historic Landmarks Commission will meet to conduct the following public hearings for Certificate of Appropriateness for façade changes at the following properties located in a historic district with design review: 717 Main Street (part of lot 30 of the plat of Old Town), 722-724 Main Street (part of lot 61of the Jonathan Zane Addition to the City of Wheeling), 609 Market Street (part of lot 33 of the Jonathan Zane Addition to the City of Wheeling); 2239 Market Street (part of lots 104 and 105 as shown on the Plat of Chapline and Eoff’s Addition to the City of Wheeling); 610 Main Street (part of lot 20 in Jonathan Zane’s Addition to the City of Wheeling).
