Please take notice that on October 18, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.the Planning Commission will be conducting public hearings to consider the following applications:
1. Joana Buterbaugh requesting a Class II Home Occupation to operate a one-chair beauty shop at 417 North Front Street, legally known as Lot 5 in Square 2 on Gilchrist’s Addition No.2;
2. Joyce Pifer requesting a zone change at 50 Virginia Street from C-1 to I-1 for tractor trailer storage, legally known as east half of lot 3 in John W. Armstrong’s Addition to the City of Wheeling;
3. Everette Gray Jr. requesting a zone change at 2 Hawk Court from R-4 to C-1 to open a neighborhood grocery store, legally known as Lots 169 and 170 on the Plat of North Park (Section 10).
