Please take notice that on June 3, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, the City of Wheeling Historic Landmarks Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider Vossen Realty LLC's request to demolish the structure at 87/89 - 33rd Street, which is a contributing structure in the South Wheeling Historic District (description found on page 22 of 207: https://www.wheelingwv.gov/media/Economic%20Development/Historic%20District/WV_OhioCounty_SouthWheelingHistoricDistrict_DRAFT.pdf ). The property is described as follows: Lot 26 in Sprigg & Ritchie's Addition to the City of Wheeling as recorded Ohio County Clerk’s Office.
