Please take notice that on the 18th of February, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the variance application of LaBelle Greene IV Limited Partnership, for the property they own on the northeast corner of McColloch St and Lane G*. Variance from schedule 9A: to reduce the required parking from 1.5 parking spaces to 1.13 spaces per unit (65 to 43). Purpose of Request: New apartment building.
