Please take notice that on February 18, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Sharon Byrd, 39 Walnut Avenue*., regarding a Variance(s) from schedule 4A of the zoning ordinance: to reduce the side yard setback from 5’ to 6"; (2) from section 1335.11.c: to reduce the rear yard setback of an accessory structure 5’ to 3’. Purpose of Request: construct new garage.

*The property is described as follows: Lot 57 on the Map of Woodlawn as recorded Ohio County Clerk’s Office. A complete legal description can be found on file at the City Clerk's Office, Room 303 City-County Building.
