Please take notice that on January 21, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Anne Little for Carnegie Greene 39 Limited Partnership, corner of Jacob and 39th St*., Variance(s) from schedule 5A: to reduce the front yard setback in C-1 zone from 10’ to 1’; (2) from schedule 5A: to reduce the minimum lot areas per dwelling unit from 1500 sq ft to 515 sq. ft.; (3) from schedule 5A: to increase the maximum height from 2 stories to 4 stories; (4) from table 9A to reduce the required parking from 1.5 per dwelling (59 spaces) to .5 (20 spaces).
