Please take notice that the PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on MONDAY, AUGUST 10, 2020 AT 5:00 P.M., to consider a request made by Fulton Storage LLC, Chris Duplaga, owner to change the zoning classification of the following described area from R-1A Single Family Residential & R-4 Residential to EMO Educational Medical Office in order to construct a medical office: Lots 23, 24, and part of 25 on the Map of Steenrod Place, recorded in Plat Book 1 Page 103 in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office, more commonly known as 200 & 1108 West Washington Avenue.
