Please take notice that on July 13, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. the City of Wheeling Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing to consider GC&P Development LLC’s application for a Special Area Plan / Comprehensive Plan Amendment to the 2014 Comprehensive Plan to allow for a Mixed-Use Development on property they own along West Virginia Route 88 / Bethany Pike.  The hearing will be held in Wheeling Park’s White Palace, 1801 National Road, Wheeling, WV.  Doors will open at 5:00 p.m.  The capacity of the venue is 100 people, plus 50-person overflow capacity in a first-floor assembly room.  The Governor’s public health guidelines will be followed. 

All application materials including staff reports, correspondences, public comments, property information, maps, transcripts, etc. pertaining to the application can be found at www.wheelingwv.gov/gcp
