Please take notice that the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, JUNE 18, 2020 AT 9:30 A.M., to consider the request of Robert & Mary Robbins for the property at 106 Hubbard Lane. Variance(s):

(1) From Schedule 4-A: to reduce the front yard setback in the R-1B zone from 20' to 7';

PURPOSE OF REQUEST: construct covered front porch addition.
