Please take notice that the BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS of the City of Wheeling will hold a public hearing on THURSDAY, JANUARY 16, 2020 AT 9:30 A.M., in City Council Chambers, Room 103 City-County Building, to consider the request of Paul and Jennifer Tucker, 2 Cecil Place. Variance(s):

(1) From Schedule 4A: To reduce the side yard setback of an accessory building from 5' to 0'
(2) From Schedule 4A: To reduce the front setback from 20' to 0'
(3) From Section 1335.11.H: Increase the maximum percentage of the total accessory building to the principal building from 50% to 212%.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Construct a garage.
