PUBLIC NOTICE

Please take notice that on the 19th day of December, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of The Linsly School, 60 Knox Lane. Variances from Table 9-A: to reduce required parking of a dormitory from 1.5 spaces per room to .07 and from section 1355.03.a: to allow parking aisle in the front setback.  Purpose of request: new dormitory construction.          

The property is described as follows: Lots 6,7,8, & 9 as depicted on the Plat of Valley subdivision of Leatherwood recorded in Deed Book 1 Page 58 in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office. More commonly known as 60 Knox Lane.
