Parking will be unavailable on the north end of Market Plaza, between the alley and 10th Street, beginning this afternoon to accommodate a sewer line repair. The work is expected to continue through Friday, Oct. 30. One lane of northbound traffic will remain open throughout the project. Please note that the schedule is subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. The City of Wheeling appreciates the public’s patience and understanding while this necessary repair is completed.
