Small Business Saturday is just around the corner on Nov. 29! As you explore what Wheeling’s local merchants have to offer, be sure to swing by the synthetic ice rink at Heritage Port, 1055 Water Street.

Free public skating will be offered from 1–5 p.m., and skates will be available to borrow at no cost. The synthetic rink, sponsored by the City of Wheeling, has become a seasonal favorite. The City is excited to welcome ice skating back to downtown again this year.

Make a day of it. Shop small, show local businesses your support and enjoy some festive fun on the ice!

The City will also offer free parking at the Intermodal Center until 4 p.m., where patrons can take advantage of the free OVRTA shuttle. The shuttle will begin its route at 10 a.m. at Centre Market, then continue to The Plaza on Market and WesBanco Arena, running on a continuous loop until 4 p.m. The trolley will pause five minutes at each stop before moving on.
