Beginning Monday, Nov. 3, the City of Wheeling Water Department will be flushing fire hydrants in the Baumann’s Addition, Glenwood and Arlington areas of the system. During this process, residents may notice temporary water discoloration, which can be cleared by running cold water. It is recommended that laundry be postponed until there is no discoloration. Some residents may also experience brief periods of low water pressure.
