Water service at the Fitzsimmons Family Dog Parks at Tunnel Green in East Wheeling and at Garden Park in Warwood will be turned off for the season on Saturday, Nov. 1. Pet owners are encouraged to plan accordingly. Both dog parks will remain open until a later date, which will be determined based on weather conditions.
