The City of Wheeling Water Department will begin essential infrastructure upgrades with the replacement of a water main along Duquesne Avenue starting Monday, July 7th. The project is part of ongoing efforts to improve water service reliability and ensure long-term system efficiency for residents.

Impact to Residents:

• Water service will be maintained through a temporary system.
• Road closures and parking restrictions will be in effect during construction hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM daily.
• Access for emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times.
