From Feb. 26-29, Washington Avenue from Currie Drive across the Washington Avenue Bridge will be restricted to one lane of traffic while crews take core samples for the purposes of the bridge replacement design. It is possible that Currie Drive could be blocked at times. An alternative route is Valley View Avenue to Alice Avenue. Drivers should plan accordingly and proceed with caution.
