Wheeling Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred Tuesday evening in East Wheeling.

Police were called to a 15^th Street address around 7:50 p.m. for a report of a man injured. The victim was taken to Wheeling Hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. 

Police believe an the altercation happened at a residence on 14^th Street and the victim fled to a neighboring home.

No arrests have been made at this time. The case remains under investigation.
