A public work session to discuss the following zoning topics referred to the Commission for consideration and public hearing:

1. Eliminate Off-Street Parking Requirements
2. Allow Non-Conforming Structures to be Rebuilt
3.  Allow ADU's (Accessory Dwelling Units)

This is a public meeting, however it is not a public hearing.  That will be scheduled in the future.
