1.    Is a bid bond required?
A.    A Bid Bond is not required; however, a Performance Bond/Letter of Credit is necessary.

2.    Is this a prevailing wage project?
A.    No.

3.    Will you consider multiple vendors for this project?
A.    Possibly.  It is possible that the bidder has subcontractors for certain parts of the job.

4.     Is it necessary to bid on all the line items?
A.    Yes.
