Request For Services and Cost Proposals-Brownfields Program


The City of Wheeling Economic & Community Development Department has issued a request for services and cost proposals for the Wheeling Brownfields Program.  The City is seeking written proposals from qualified environmental consultants to provide a Phase I and Limited Phase II Environmental Site Assessment for the city-owned site known as the Old North Park Landfill.  For more information, please contact Melissa Thompson by calling (304) 234-3701 or via e-mail at mthompson@wheelingwv.gov
