Rate Schedule 1 - Effective June 3, 2006
 
Available for general domestic, commercial, industrial and resale use:
   
First 1,000 gallons used per month
$7.10
 
Next 499,000 gallons used per month $3.259 per 1,000 gallons
 
Over 500,000 gallons used per month $1.679 per 1,000 gallons
   
Minimum Charge - No bill shall be rendered for less than the following amounts according to the size of the meter installed:

5/8 inch  $7.10 per month 3 inch $106.50
3/4 inch  $10.65 per month 4 inch $177.50
1 inch  $17.75 per month 6 inch $355.00
1-1/2 inch  $35.50 per month 8 inch $568.00
2 inch $56.80 per month    
      
Service Connection Charge
(Amount is based upon the size of the tap)

• 5/8 & 3/4 inch $300.00    
• 1 inch & larger $400.00    

Reconnection Charge  
When water service has been discontinued for non-payment of a bill for water or sewer service or fraudulent use of water, water service shall not be restored until all past due water and sewer bill and penalties have been paid in full and a reconnection charge in the amount of $25.00 has been paid.
     
Incremental Leak Adjustment
$0.24 per 1,000 gallons - to be used when the bill reflects unusual consumption which can be attributed to eligible leakage on customer’s side of meter. This rate is used to     calculate consumption above customer’s historical average usage.
